Twenty delegates recently embarked upon the Isuzu Dealer Leadership Development Programme. The programme is presented in partnership with the University of Johannesburg's Johannesburg Business School. Delegates heard from the new JBS Dean, Dr Randall Carolissen, as well as the esteemed academic and facilitator, Dr Thabo Mosala.
The bespoke Isuzu Dealer Leadership Development Programme seeks to equip internal and dealer network participants with skills in Strategy, Global Economic Awareness as well as Advanced Technologies such as 4IR (linked to Digital). The participants will also learn about Diversity and Inclusion, as well as being coached in Personal Leadership throughout the programme.
