This series shines a spotlight on three exceptional women, each with a unique story and a long-standing dedication to ISUZU. These short videos provide an inspiring look into the journeys of Caroline Thomas, Geraldine Jonas, and Simangele Dyantyi, who have all played pivotal roles in the company's success.

Caroline Thomas: A legacy of dedication

Caroline Thomas, the Sales & Marketing Finance Manager at ISUZU, shares her inspiring story in the series. With over 21 years of experience at ISUZU, Caroline reflects on her journey from the early days of her career to her current leadership role. She emphasises the importance of perseverance, backing one’s self and supporting one another as women in the workplace. Caroline’s story is a testament to her commitment to excellence and her significant contribution to the company’s growth.

Geraldine Jonas: Nurturing wellness with compassion

The next video introduces Geraldine Jonas, Manager of Retiree and Wellness Services. Geraldine has been a part of the ISUZU family for an impressive 29 years. Her role focuses on the well-being of ISUZU employees, particularly those who have retired. Geraldine discusses her dedication to ensuring that employees’ wellness needs are met, fostering a culture of care and support.

Simangele Dyantyi: Crafting excellence in the paint shop

The final video in the series features Simangele Dyantyi, who works on the Paint Shop Sealer Line. As the very first female to join the sealer line, Simangele’s story is one of determination and hard work. She believes that practising kindness is key to success in the workplace and advises other women to stay motivated. Her story highlights the essential work done behind the scenes to ensure that every ISUZU vehicle meets the highest standards.
