The proceeds of the Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer amounts to R770 000 which secures the fulfilment of 38 children’s dreams through Reach for a Dream Foundation and 180 children’s transport for critical life-saving specialist cancer treatment through Wings and Wishes.
Reach for a Dream and Wings and Wishes play a crucial role in offering support to children grappling with life-threatening illnesses, including cancer, leukaemia, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, renal failure, and various blood disorders.
